|Trying to stay fit with a skipping rope...|
This year I decided that there would be no more wishing that I would be fit, even if I am not going to a gym I am going to do exercises to increase my energy level. I want a 6 pack and I want to be able to run at least 1km without breathing heavily.
So the time to take action is now! The phone that was stolen had a lot of exercise pictures that I can't seem to recover but I was still able to draft an exercise plan.
This is what I intend to do (at least four days in a week):
- 10 leg lifts
- 10 crossed leg lifts (for each legs)
- Skip 200 times
- 10 leg planks (I think that is what it is called).
Anyway after doing these things which last about 15 minutes because I take breaks in between, I am hoping after a month or two that I would be able to increase all that I do and even incorporate squats and jogging. But honestly it is not easy doing these exercises at all.
I watched a guy (a very muscular and hunky guy) do some of the exercise and he made it seem so easy until I tried it and almost killed myself.

That is all for now guys. Hope someone is inspired to try some of the exercise. Remember baby steps.... I also need some cute gym wears, skipping bare foot is not nice at all. And a yoga mat for the leg lifts would be nice too....

Hi dear don't worry eh you are doing fine, soon enough you'll be able to run 5miles without feeling it. I suggest you add squats too and planks it would give you fast results, towards achieving your six packs. No kidding. Lovely blog.ReplyDelete
