Now that I'm in Singapore, I can better appreciate the Muslim New Year (known as Hari Raya here)-- we just watched as countless families travelled all over the Island to visit relatives with their entire families dressed in the same shade of blue, purple, pink, and other colours. It was so cute! And quite similar to what Chinese people do on their New Year (although I sadly never got to celebrate a full blown CNY in Singapore yet with my own relatives)!

I am glad you got to enjoy yourself watching the celebration. I hope you get a chance to celebrate CNY in Singapore with your relatives soon.
