So yesterday I made a vexation purchase and I am not sorry. I was mad, really mad. My aunty and mum are going to probably kill me but I don’t care. I had had to heaven! I was really mad. What did I get? I got a very small generator. I know that some of you would be hissing because truth be told I should have gotten a generator a long time ago.

But earlier I practically never watched television or needed the light except for a few occasions. I usually charged my phones with a neighbour's generator and my laptop's battery lasts for about 3 hours without charging. But lately Port harcourt electrical distribution company have irritated the heck out of me.

Hey guys, for the past week I have been spending so much of my data watching a show called 'what would you do?'. I honestly did not know about the show until I stumbled on it on YouTube while watching recordings of 911 calls and stories on children and adults that helped catch bad guys or did brave acts.

What would you do show is hosted by John Quinones and it is a candid camera social experiment show. The show creates different scenarios to see how people would react.

TELENOVELAS AND TELEMUNDO....

I have been at home for a while and though i didn't want to get addicted (okay maybe i shouldn't say addicted more like engrossed) in watching the telenovelas on telemundo i have found myself watching each episode of the various telenovelas.

I have been watching telenovelas since i was a kid. I remember the first one i watched, Can you guess it? Yep! 'The rich also cry'......that soap opera was amazing. Everybody was anxiously waiting to watch it and when Nepa would cut power supply we would go to our neighbor's house (who had a power generating set) just to watch it. Then others like 'No one but you', 'Maria de losangeles', 'Secret Sands' were also shown (and all on Nigerian television authority stations....such a long time ago).

Scandal inspired outfits.....

I am not a television series kind of girl anymore but the amount of noise i have heard about Scandal and Olivia Pope is amazing. I don't know what the program is all about and right now i have too many things on my plate to even watch one episode.

However i think Olivia Pope has a nice sense of style and it seems a lot of people think so because guess what? There is now a clothing line inspired by the character. It is produced by The Limited Company, a fashion retailer.
