CAKES! CAKES!! CAKES!!!

Hey you guys, i hope you all love the new look of my blog. I know some of you have told me how fiiiiiinnnne it is. Thank you all for checking it out, the page views was really surprising. I would try to divalize my blog from time to time so keep checking it out.

Well, most of you know that I bake and for those who didn’t, now you do. I love baking. It is one of my stress reliever. Mixing dough or batters has this relieving effect and I absolutely love that I start with some drab looking materials and finish with mouth watering and lovely looking cakes, pies or snacks.

I am still a novice in the baking arena and wish I could go for some lessons but I barely have time for anything with this job. I keep wishing I could create a lot of the cakes I see. Oh well, one day I would get angry enough and fulfill my dreams. Till then however I would keep wishing and appreciating other people’s work.
