WHAT IS WRONG WITH MILEY CYRUS?!

A dramatic display: Miley Cyrus just couldn't contain her excitement as she took to the stage at the Los Angeles LGBT Center 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards on Saturday night

This girl went from an American's sweetheart to a hell raiser and she is not yet 25. She was at Los Angeles LGBT Center 46th Anniversary Vanguard Awards on Saturday (07/11/15) when she licked and crawled over a signed white piano.

I guess she would do just about anything to stay in the news.

I really can't deal with her issues and sometimes i am worried about her mental status.
